The MTI-150 transport chain with 47 mm bearing is driven by the drive unit, and piece supports are added to this chain at the required pitch.
Depending on the project specifications, turners, vertical curves, horizontal curves, etc. can be added.

SLF S25.4
The SLF S25.4 floor conveyor series is designed for the transport of light parts during the painting process, widely used in the cosmetics sector, decoration of glasses, bottles…
Also known as Spindle conveyor, it is designed with a double chain joined by spacers.
This assembly provides great stability during the application phase.
In the paint booths, turntables are added, with variable rotation speed, according to the application requirements.

SLF 50+150/300
The SLF 50+150/300 conveyor acts as a simple track, all the carriages circulate at the same speed.
The MTI-50 chain, driven by the drive group, circulates along the lower track. This chain incorporates drag paws. The upper track is used by the carriages that incorporate the frames, where the pieces to be treated are placed. A mechanism is incorporated in the lower part of the carriage that allows the chain to move said carriage by means of the drag paws.
SLF 150+T50
The SLF 150+T50 floor conveyor series is designed for those installations that require continuous or step-by-step transport, widely used in the automotive sector.
The frames move attached to the conveyor chain, thanks to their design, great stability is achieved. The layout AND SPEED are adapted ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFICATIONS OF EACH PROJECT.
It is ideal for working inside paint booths, since its support structure is minimal.

PFF 50+150/300
The PFF 50+150/300 floor conveyor series is designed for those installations that require precise transport, in an efficient manner and maintaining control of the part at all times.
This series is widely used in the automotive sector, especially for painting medium-sized plastic parts that require high-quality finishes, for example, rear-view mirrors, interior vehicle parts, etc.
By placing the transport system on the underside of the part, any type of contamination is avoided.
This conveyor allows for a layout with detours, stops, transfers, part turns… for its management, the RFID system is used to monitor the entire process and interconnect with the different machines in the INDUSTRY 4.0 installation.
PFF 150+300/500
The PFF 150+300/500 floor conveyor series is designed for those installations that require precise, efficient transport while maintaining control of the part at all times.
This series is widely used in the automotive sector, especially for painting large plastic parts that require high-quality finishes, such as bumpers, side skirts, etc.
